The service requirements for your vehicle will vary according to your driving habits. If you drive regularly and over longer distances you will reach the recommended mileage interval first. If you don't do a lot of miles your servicing will be based on time intervals - normally 12 months. You still get the full service, but to maximise efficiency, two Ford technicians work on your vehicle together.

In-dealership quality spot checks can be conducted by the RAC on any service and repair work on vehicles to ensure that Ford Motor Company’s high standards are met.
The term "Courtesy Car" relates to any car, van, truck or other vehicle loaned to a Customer by Pye Motors Limited whilst a customers vehicle is being repaired or serviced etc. by Pye Motors Limited. Customers requiring a courtesy car must complete a Courtesy Cars Agreement (supplied on request) and agree to the terms and conditions contained therein. Your driving license will be required before the use of a courtesy vehicle is authorised.
