The service requirements for your vehicle will vary according to your driving habits. If you drive regularly and over longer distances you will reach the recommended mileage interval first. If you don't do a lot of miles your servicing will be based on time intervals - normally 12 months. We understand how vehicle downtime poses a huge challenge to your business, that is why we aim to finish any required work on your Transit as quickly as possible, however, for times when you need your vehicle back even faster, we offer the Ford Express Service where we aim to complete your Express Service in approximately 60 minutes. You still get the full service, but to maximise efficiency, two Ford technicians work on your vehicle together.

The 30-point FORD eCHECK is a visual only vehicle inspection. We may recommend that certain essential work be carried out on the grounds of safety before you drive your vehicle.

In-dealership quality spot checks can be conducted by the RAC on any service and repair work on vehicles to ensure that Ford Motor Company’s high standards are met.
The term "Courtesy Car" relates to any car, van, truck or other vehicle loaned to a Customer by Pye Motors Limited whilst a customers vehicle is being repaired or serviced etc. by Pye Motors Limited. Customers requiring a courtesy car must complete a Courtesy Cars Agreement (supplied on request) and agree to the terms and conditions contained therein. Your driving license will be required before the use of a courtesy vehicle is authorised.
