This is a great opportunity to lead the Service Team in Barrow out of our new premises in Abbey Road. Managing the day-to-day running of our multi-franchise Service Department, the ideal candidate will lead and motivate the team of technicians and receptionists to achieve budgets whilst providing the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The successful person will be required to:

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service
  • Manage the workshop diary and workflow
  • Motivate the technicians and the front-of-house team to maximise efficiency and productivity
  • Increase workshop productivity by maximising sales and controlling costs, work in progress and debt using management and financial information available
  • Develop processes and team knowledge
  • Control the franchise warranty processes
  • Work to management KPIs
  • Be responsible for departmental compliance with all franchise standards, data protection and all health and safety and HR procedures.

Along with drive, enthusiasm and great communication and organisational skills you will need to have experience of working in a similar role. Some technical knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
