You will oversee all aspects of dealership administration, supporting vehicle sales. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly and who enjoys improving processes.The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of dealership administration and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the administration team and daily workflow
  • Overseeing vehicle invoicing, taxation, registration, finance administration and stock records
  • Ensuring that finance documentation is accurate and completed on time
  • Maintaining compliance with DVLA, FCA, and internal processes
  • Assisting with cash flow management
  • Helping to develop efficient, straightforward processes that suit a growing business

About You :

  • Previous administration experience within the motor trade
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Practical, proactive, and approachable
  • Comfortable working in a busy dealership environment
  • Good IT skills and experience with dealership management systems
