Ford Roadside Assistance* is included with every Ford Scheduled Service for all vehicles regardless of age or mileage. It is valid from the date of your service until the next Scheduled Service is due – so for Ford Assure customers you’re covered throughout the full extent of your plan.

If you do break down you'll get:

  • Friendly, skilled roadside help in the UK and Europe
  • Assistance if you breakdown at home
  • Alternative transport, replacement vehicle or overnight accommodation if your car can’t be repaired on the spot
  • Recovery including caravans and trailers

Ford Accident Management

Ford Accident Management is here to assist when you've had an accident. Our service is free and available to all Ford owners.

Just call our Ford Accident Management team on 0800 587 3673, or download the smartphone app to use in the event of an accident. Once we're involved, our expert team will assist in making a claim if required then you can just sit back and let Ford do all the hard work for you.

We will:

  • Recover your vehicle where it cannot be driven
  • Provide you with a free replacement vehicle during the repair
  • Liaise with your insurance company after notification to process the claim and have repairs approved
  • Provide assistance in the completion of claim forms
  • Ensure your vehicle is repaired at a Ford approved Accident Repair Centre using genuine Ford parts by trained technicians

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, Ford Accident Management will provide you with a free service from the time you have an accident to the moment you collect your repaired Ford.

  • Detailed video tour of the underside of your vehicle with measurements and technician commentary, accompanied by an electronic report of any findings
  • Simple red, amber, green traffic light system shows any recommended repairs or replacements
  • Receive a competitive estimate upfront for any work needed and the ability to authorise additional work from you smartphone or laptop

RAC Vehicle Checks

In-dealership quality spot checks can be conducted by the RAC on any service and repair work on vehicles to ensure that Ford Motor Company’s high standards are met.

Courtesy Car

The term "Courtesy Car" relates to any car, van, truck or other vehicle loaned to a Customer by Pye Motors Limited whilst a customers vehicle is being repaired or serviced etc. by Pye Motors Limited. Customers requiring a courtesy car must complete a Courtesy Cars Agreement (supplied on request) and agree to the terms and conditions contained therein. Your driving license will be required before the use of a courtesy vehicle is authorised.
