Our Transit Service departments are open a minimum of 60 hours per week.

MOT test and servicing

MOTs (including Class 4, 5 and 7 tests), tachograph servicing and speed limiting (VOSA approved)

Collection and delivery

This can be booked by appointment and within a reasonable travelling time of our dealerships

Priority treatment for urgent and unscheduled repairs

When your commercial vehicles aren’t at work, neither are your drivers. We offer same-day inspection on urgent repairs that will keep you off the road with parts ordered where necessary. We aim to complete most repairs the same working day.

Ford parts availability

We stock a range of parts on site with ordered Ford parts available to us by 9am the next morning.

Genuine Ford parts quality

All parts are designed and engineered by Ford, to Ford standards. Parts fitted to a vehicle outside of warranty carry a ‘fitted in service’ parts warranty. We also stock a wide range of commercial vehicle tyres.

Ford diagnostics

For speedy and accurate fault diagnosis, we provide a sophisticated, internet-linked vehicle diagnostics system.

Ford trained technicians

Our team of Ford-trained technicians are supported by online technical information and a Ford technical hotline to keep up to date with the latest technology.

We offer a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year, call out service free for 12 months as part of our Ford transit service packages.

We can also arrange the recovery of heavy trucks, coaches and vans nationwide, and our recovery team is skilled at offering advice and guidance on your vehicle.
