Following the latest Government’s announcement enforcing a National lockdown from the 5th November, I wanted to share with you how Pye Motors will be continuing to help our customers over these coming weeks.
Open: continuing to serve our customers
The service departments will be open Monday - Friday from 8am - 5:30pm. Our technicians are here for servicing, MOT’s and repairs. Our showrooms will be temporarily closed throughout the lockdown period only with all sales enquiries being handled online or by phone. There are multiple ways for you to get in touch, as our dedicated teams are on hand to answer all your questions and enquiries through our website, live chat, social channels and video chat, please feel free to send through any questions you may have.
Personalised virtual viewings
If you wish to have a closer look at any of our vehicles, why not request a personalised look around video? These can be requested from any of our vehicle detail pages on our website, by phone or by submitting an enquiry form.
Vehicle collection
Customers will be able to collect their purchased vehicle from our dealerships, all transactions and vehicle handovers will be conducted outside whilst observing social distancing rules. If needed, we can prepare a video handover for you to explain all the controls.
