Pye Motors are proud to be a Premier Partner with Morecambe FC for the 2013/14 season.
You may ask why have we decided to spend some of our marketing budget in this way? Well some answers are obvious such as sharing the same town for some 85 years and having ambition to succeed despite not being the biggest but wanting to be the best.
When we were invited to have a look round the Globe Arena, we were impressed by the quality of the stadium but more importantly, we were impressed by our treatment on the day. The courtesy extended to us was how we aim to treat all our customers here at Pye Motors. Morecambe FC realised that we can spend our money wherever we want in just the same way as you, our customer, can do the same. Customer care is obviously as important to the club as it is to Pye Motors.
They are a small local club compared the giants in the game but their ambition was there for all to see and we thought that was worth supporting in our small way. They deserve to succeed and make the local community proud.
What does this mean to you as a customer of Pye Motors? Of course we would like to offer every customer of ours the opportunity to visit the stadium just as we did. We were more than happy that you would be treated as a valued customer by Morecambe FC staff, but, realistically, this is probably impractical. So what we thought was if some of our customers could experience a great afternoon at The Globe, football supporters or not, the word would maybe get passed around. Hence we arranged to have a free draw available to any of our customers to take friends or family and enjoy a meal in the Wright & Lord Suite followed by stand seats for the days’game.
